Al-Qaeda urges suicide attacks in Somalia

Reuters reports that al Qaeda's second-in-command, Ayman al-Zawahiri, was heard on an audiotape released on jihadi websites on the Internet urging his followers to wage suicide attacks against Ethiopian forces in Somalia.

"You must ambush, mine, raid and (carry out) martryrdom campaigns so that you can wipe them out," Zawahiri told his followers via an audiotape posted on the internet January 5.

Perhaps Zawahiri should lead by example.
